Welcome aboard

This is the very first post on the new Salas Station blog. The whole site now runs on Next.js, and these posts are written as plain MDX files that live right alongside the code.

Why MDX?

• Fast & SEO-friendly — posts are rendered as static HTML.
• Version controlled — every post lives in git, with full history.
• No CMS to manage — write Markdown, commit, done.

You can even drop React components into a post when you want something interactive. For now, though, plain words will do just fine.
